Where do you ship?
Free Shipping is available for products in Canada and the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all other offshore insular areas) on a minimum purchase of Can$100 or US$80 respectively. Note that free shipping does not apply for some products that require freight shipping, and most freight items can only be shipped within Canada and/or the US. We ship items either from our main warehouse in Toronto, Canada, or from our warehouses in the US located in Phoenix, AZ and Erie, PA. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Non-LTL orders usually ship within 1 business day. Delivery times will depend on the shipping provider and speed you choose. UPS is our primary parcel carrier and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments.
Orders can be placed online and picked up Mon-Fri, 7.30 am to 2.30 pm from our retail store at 65 Enterprise Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1C4. In-store pickup needs to be selected during the checkout when placing orders online. You can also visit our store during the aforementioned times and place orders.
Do you offer fast shipping?
We offer faster shipping on most non-freight products. The cost for these options vary depending on the products in your cart and your address, and are calculated in real-time during checkout.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order by logging into our website and browsing to the Orders page under Account.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. You will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be.
Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office for accurate information. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
