<h3 id="what-is-the-status-of-my-order">What is the status of my order?</h3><p>Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.</p><p>Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).</p><p>Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your &quot;order history&quot; section on your account page on the website.</p><h3 id="can-i-change-my-order">Can I change my order?</h3><p>We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.</p><p>Once your order is under the status &quot;shipped&quot; or &quot;delivered&quot;, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.</p><p>To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.</p><h3 id="where-do-you-ship">Where do you ship?</h3><p>Free Shipping is available for products in Canada and the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all other offshore insular areas) on a minimum purchase of Can$100 or US$80 respectively. Note that free shipping does not apply for some products that require freight shipping, and most freight items can only be shipped within Canada and/or the US.&#xA0;</p><p>We ship items either from our main warehouse in Toronto, Canada, or from our warehouses in the US located in Phoenix, AZ and Erie, PA. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.&#xA0;</p><p id="isPasted"><strong>PICKUP IN-STORE</strong></p><p>Orders can be placed online and picked up Mon-Fri, 7.30 am to 2.30 pm from our retail store at 65 Enterprise Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1C4. In-store pickup needs to be selected during the checkout when placing orders online. You can also visit our store during the aforementioned times and place orders.</p><h3 id="how-long-does-it-take-to-ship-my-order">How long does it take to ship my order?</h3><p>Once you&apos;ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process it for delivery. Non-LTL orders usually ship within 1 business day. Delivery times will depend on the shipping provider and speed you choose. UPS is our primary parcel carrier and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments.</p>

<h3 id="what-payment-methods-do-you-accept">What payment methods do you accept?</h3><p>You can purchase on our website using a credit or debit card.&#xA0;</p><p>We additionally offer support for PayPal. You can choose to pay via your PayPal account, or even choose to have your credit/debit card payment processed via PayPal&apos;s secure payment gateway (no PayPal account needed).</p><p>You can choose between these payment methods at checkout.</p><h3 id="which-currency-will-i-be-charged-in">Which currency will I be charged in?</h3><p>We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD and CAD.</p><p>If your credit or debit card use another currency, then by default, you will be shown prices and charged in either USD or CAD, depending on your location. Customers from Canada will see prices and be charged in CAD by default, and customers in all other countries will see prices and be charged in USD. You can manually toggle the currency on our site before adding items to the cart to enable checkout in that currency. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.</p><h3 id="do-you-offer-any-buy-now-pay-later-payment-options">Do you offer any Buy Now, Pay Later payment options?</h3><p>We currently do not support any such payment options.</p>

The cost for these options vary depending on the products in your cart and your address, and are calculated in real-time during checkout.</p><h3 id="how-can-i-track-my-package">How can I track my package?</h3><p>Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.</p><p>Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).</p><p>Additionally, you can track the status of your order by logging into our website and browsing to the Orders page under Account.</p><h3 id="will-i-pay-taxes-for-international-shipping">Will I pay taxes for international shipping?</h3><p id="isPasted">Depending on your country&#x2019;s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. You will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be.</p><p>Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office for accurate information. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.</p>

<h3 id="do-you-accept-returns">Do you accept returns?</h3><p id="isPasted">We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.</p><p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use or installation. Pressure washers, motors and pumps are subject to a 10% restocking fee.</p><p id="isPasted"><strong>If you &quot;Just don&#x2019;t like it!&quot; or orders listed with &quot;Free Shipping&quot;</strong></p><p>We will accept your return as long as you pay for the return shipping and restocking fee (4%, if applicable).</p><p>To ask for a return, please contact our support using our helpdesk.</p><h3 id="can-i-exchange-an-item">Can I exchange an item?</h3><p>We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns</p><p>In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.</p><h3 id="what-about-damages-and-issues">What about damages and issues?</h3><p id="isPasted">Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We&apos;ll also pay the return shipping costs.</p><p>Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.</p><h3 id="how-long-does-it-take-to-process-a-return">How long does it take to process a return?</h3><p>We will notify you once we&#x2019;ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you&#x2019;ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.</p>

<h3 id="do-you-have-physical-stores">Do you have physical stores?</h3><p>We have one showroom located at 65 Enterprise Rd, Etobicoke ON, Canada M9W 1C4.</p><h3 id="is-there-a-warranty">Is there a warranty?</h3><p id="isPasted"><strong>Bertolini high-pressure plunger pumps</strong> carry a manufacturer&#x2019;s warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase. All claims must be reported within this 12-month period. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects/workmanship that arises under normal use and maintenance as outlined within the Bertolini operations manual.</p><p>Malfunctions due to negligence or misuse of the pump are not subject to warranty repairs. In addition to wear components such as seals/packings, o-rings, valves and pistons. freezing damage or damage caused by parts or incompatible accessories.</p><p><strong>Canpump plunger pumps</strong> are warranted to be defective free upon arrival for a time of 30 days from the date of purchase.</p><p><strong>Pressure Washer Machines/Units:</strong> All machines and pump+motor units sold by Canpump are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects on the major components (pump, motor/engine, gearbox). Accessories supplied with the machine, maintenance components (seals, valves&#x2026;etc.) and other wear and tear components including but not limited to: wheels, hoses, guns, nozzles, filters, fittings are not subject to any warranty.</p><p>Warranty is voided if the claim is deemed to be due to negligence, improper use and installation (i.e. incorrect voltage, dry running and freezing). Any improper modification or use with unapproved accessories.</p><p><strong>Accessories </strong>purchased directly through Green Canpump Inc. are warrantied to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage deemed to be caused by improper use/setup, wear and tear or tampering.</p><p><strong>Hoses </strong>are not covered under any warranty. The crimp fittings of hoses are warrantied for 60 days.</p><p>All Warranty work is performed at Canpump&#x2019;s service facility in Toronto. Freight charges and return are the responsibility of the sender. A copy of the original invoice/sales receipt must accompany the unit. Parts and labour are covered for the warranty period.</p>
