Place the pump&apos;s hollow shaft keyway in line with the key stock on the motor and slide the pump onto the shaft. Once the pump is flush with the motor turn it until the pump is level and the bolt holes line up with the holes on the motor. Thread the bolts into place and tighten in a diagonal pattern (see figure 1). Thread the regulator&apos;s inlet marked &quot;IN&quot; into the top port on the pump (see figure 4). Once fully the tightened the unloader valve should be pointing 25&#xBA; to the side leaving enough clearance for the bypass port on the bottom (see figure 5). Now thread the inlet filter into the pump&apos;s bottom port and keep note of the position of the two bypass ports. Carefully remove the O-ring from the original check valve cap and transfer it onto the same spot on the new cap with gauge port (see figure 7). Thread the check valve cap with gauge port into the now open thread by hand to begin, once mostly tightened finish with a wrench until fully tight. No thread tape is needed for this step due to the O-ring sealing the check valve cap. Make sure water is running through the system prior to turning on the Misting System to purge the lines of air.
